Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large orders such as home gyms, smith machines and barbell sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders arriving by truck are CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and it is your responsibility to unload the equipment. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can provide a price quotation for added services and make the proper arrangements. Sometimes shipping rates will need to be adjusted due to delivery location. Yukon will contact the customer for approval.
*Please Note: Customer has 14 days from receipt of our product to report any damages, shortages, defects or lost or missing parts, not previously noted when received. Customer must notify us directly of any of the above items (440-439-0000) After 14 days the customer may be charged any costs related to the above including cost of parts or hardware and any related shipping costs.
Freight Costs: There may be additional freight costs, not reflected on our Web site if your shipment falls into one of the following categories:
Alaska, Hawaii, Military bases, Schools, Government offices, construction sites, National parks, remote addresses not serviced directly by Yukon's LTL or small package carriers. Weight only shipments. Shipments using 3rd party interline carriers.
What is Route and Green Package Protection?
Route's Green Package Protection is an optional package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit while also protecting the planet. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Green Package Protection can be added during checkout.
How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customer orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. shall bear all costs for parts, including shipping costs, any duties and/or taxes, and any and all other charges imposed by customs agencies and any other taxing authorities, including, but not limited to, customs inspections.
