This model features a traditional chain transmission. This bike’s
stable frame is made from round, smooth,
heavy-duty tubing.
The tension control knob allows you to control
the intensity of
your pace. It also features “Micro”
adjustable slide systems on
the seat and handlebars provide you with infinite
adjustment
options. Also features a hand brake system for simple and safe
stopping. The built in sports drink holder allows
you to keep
your favorite sports drink at arms reach to stay
hydrated for
an effective low impact workout!

Robert Sherman's "Cycle Challenge" It gives you more
than a ride! The new ride begins with a Warm-Up ride
(15min.). Precise speed training drills are next
(15min.). Options are then available to either continue
cycling with a super strong strength ride (15min.),
OR get off the bike and begin the Total Body Core
Training (40min.) Complete the workout with a stretch,
choosing an either On of Off the bike option (9min.).
